Vice President of Philanthropic Initiatives and Development

FFI is recruiting for a new role in our growing organization, Vice President of Philanthropic Initiatives and Development, a remote position that will dramatically expand our capacity and engagement with philanthropy, both increasing funding, and engaging funders in our change strategy. We are looking for someone who can diversify and expand our donor pipeline with at least 5 years experience in a senior leadership position in philanthropy or fund development, as well as someone with 3+ year experience working in a social change or social justice related field.
