The Wellbeing Bootcamp will give you a taste of what it takes to re-imagine systems and create change. You will leave understanding what problems appear in your system and where you can start to shift culture, structures and practices to address those problems. You’ll learn concepts essential to systems change and wellbeing through short, engaging videos, reflection questions and hands-on exercises. In the end, you’ll have the building blocks to move forward in your efforts to create change.

It takes about an hour to complete the Wellbeing Bootcamp. We recommend completing the Bootcamp in the order it’s designed, since the information builds on itself. However, you are able to click ahead or go back as much as you’d like.
