We’re all hardwired for wellbeing

Wellbeing is the set of needs and experiences universally required in combination and balance to weather challenges and have health and hope. While the human drive for wellbeing is universal, access is not. The racism, sexism, homophobia and other oppressions that are baked into American systems make accessing wellbeing difficult for many of us. The problem isn’t the people involved in these systems, but the systems themselves.
