Identifying problems in your system
Changing these systems requires us to identify how culture, structures/policies and practices are holding the problem in place. These are the same forces that will hold solutions in place. The key is shifting the stories we tell ourselves (mental models) that are shaping culture, structures/policies and practices.

The solution is to reimagine these systems to make our country fairer and more equitable for everyone — which means ensuring that the places where we work, live, play and pray tap into people’s drive for wellbeing, instead of undermining wellbeing for some and enabling it for others.

That’s what we do.
